When it comes to mental health, mantras can be especially helpful in remembering a phrase, building confidence, or simply keeping something important in mind.
Mantra beads are basically a bracelet (that can double as a fidget) with a special phrase connected to it that can be repeated in your head as you feel each bead. Examples of mantras you could use could be a favorite Bible verse, an encouraging quote, or a simple phrase such as, “I’m stronger than my fears”, “It’s going to be okay”, or “there is always hope.” Whatever mantra you choose, it’s a good idea to keep it short so that it’s easy to remember and repeat to yourself when you need it the most.
